Our Founders

We did not set out to start a jewellery brand. We spent most of our working lives making and selling jewellery that carried other people's names, for some of the largest houses in the trade, in India and abroad. For a long time that was enough.

What changed was the stone. Lab-grown diamonds arrived and the trade treated them as a lesser thing, priced them as a lesser thing, and hoped nobody would ask too many questions. Between us we had spent forty years around diamonds, and we could not find the flaw in the argument. Same carbon. Same hardness. Same fire.

So we started GrownnDiva to sell them properly. Certified, priced honestly, and made to the same standard we applied when the name on the box belonged to somebody else.
